June 7, 2006—Drawbase Software has announced Release 6.3, the latest offering in the Drawbase Software line. It is being released in conjunction with the Drawbase Enterprise Manager which expands Drawbase’s capabilities in the Enterprise Workplace Management space, says the company.
Some of the enhancements in Release 6.3 include: AutoCAD 2006 support, enhanced LDAP support for integration into enterprise security directory services, such as Microsoft Active Directory, which allows for enhanced field level security, support for MicroStation 8.0 DGN files, support for Crystal Reports XI, enhanced international currency support, new tools interfaces and enhanced simultaneous connectivity to enterprise SQL compliant databases, which allows users to attach data from multiple data stores to graphic objects easily and quickly.
