November 15, 2013—EarthTronics, a developer of energy-efficient lighting products, recently announced its newest creation: the 10-watt BR30 EarthBulb LED floodlight.
According to EarthTronics, the EarthBulb provides 685 lumens with a 110-degree beam angle for full radial illumination and the capability of dimming to less than 5 percent. It is an ideal choice for use in dimming recessed lighting, track lighting and display lighting applications within home, hotel, restaurant, commercial office and long-term care.
Replacing a 65-watt incandescent floodlight with the new 10-watt BR30 EarthBulb LED floodlight will provide more than 80 percent energy savings, EarthTronics adds. In addition, the floodlight offers:
- 2700K white light with a high color rendering rating of greater than 80
- Ascetically pleasing frost lenses
- Medium screw base (E26) for easy installation
- Advanced LED cooling system to ensure performance for up to 25,000 hours
- Three-year standard Energy Star warranty
The BR20 and BR40 models are also available, providing 480 and 685 lumens and replacing 50-watt and 65-watt incandescent bulbs, respectively. BR40 will also be available in 1200 lumens replacing a 120-watt incandescent.
EarthBulb light-emitting diode (LED) lamps are available at retailers nationwide and can also be purchased through the company’s Web site. The company offers solutions for decorative and display lighting, downlights and general area lighting.
