May 9, 2003—Capping a 17-year relationship, Cadillac Fairview has extended its custodial services contract with UNICCO Service Company for the Eaton Centre for another three years. UNICCO, one of North America’s largest integrated facilities services outsourcing companies, has earned a 95 percent contract renewal rate.
UNICCO’s 100 cleaning and maintenance staff clean and maintain 1.9 million square feet of office space in the Eaton Centre’s three towers.
