January 20, 2006—Eco-Rx Inc. has announced that the company has begun full production of its Rx 400 air purifier. The Master Series Rx 400 kills more than 99% of bacteria and viruses while deactivating and neutralizing pollen, pet dander, dust mites and mold spores, according to the company.
The unit’s UV chamber design provides purified indoor air without using or producing ozone, says Eco-Rx. A number of air filtration products currently on the market are known to produce this harmful gas. An Rx 400 can purify 3,200 cubic feet (20 x 20 x 8) 4 times in an hour.
Eco-Rx has achieved full production in China, with deliveries commencing in the first quarter of 2006.
