May 14, 2007—Ecovert FM has been appointed facilities management provider by Grosvenor for its estates in Belgravia and Mayfair, London.
Ecovert FM and Grosvenor, the privately owned international property group, representing the interests of the Grosvenor family and headed by the Duke of Westminster, signed the deal earlier this month at Grosvenor’s head office in Mayfair, after a multi-stage competitive bidding process that attracted the country’s top FM providers.
The 100-strong Ecovert FM team delivers services which include building maintenance, security, cleaning, a 24-hour service desk, engineering and a range of other offerings.
Grosvenor is committed to offering differentiated real estate solutions to its clients and was keen to find an FM provider with the same ambitions of building an industry-leading service. The Ecovert FM-Grosvenor Partnership will maintain consistently high standards across the prime estate, ensuring a pristine, safe and sustainable environment for its tenants.
Ecovert FM is a subsidiary of Bouygues, a world leader in construction, services, telecoms and media. Ecovert FM provides total facilities management services – from building maintenance, project work and management to Soft FM services including catering, cleaning and security – through direct service delivery from a team of 1500 staff.
