July 16, 2001—The Workspeed Building software solution uses the Internet to allow individuals from different organizations—owners, managers, tenants, and vendors—to work together in real time when requesting and delivering building services. Developed by eFORCE, an information technology solutions integrator, in partnership with Workspeed, a provider of Internet and wireless collaborative applications for commercial real estate, Workspeed Building is built on BEA WebLogic Server, a Java application server that helps ensure reliability, scalability, and flexibility.
According to eFORCE, Workspeed Building can be launched across multiple buildings as well as single properties, and results in the creation of a functionally sophisticated database of building operating information. The application supports complex workflows involved in commercial real estate management. The multi-channel solution integrates the Web, wireless, and phone channels enabling Workspeed to provide its customers with a full-service customer support model.
Workspeed recently received Realcomm’s Third Annual Digie Award in the category of Best Use of the Internet—Property Management. For more information, visit eFORCE.
