July 22, 2002—Electronic Environments Corp., developer of EEC Site View, an infrastructure monitoring system, has partnered with NetBrowser Communications, Inc., a provider of remote critical facilities monitoring solutions. The two companies have entered into an ASP agreement designed to support EEC’s customers by leveraging NetBrowser’s e-Guardian technology to enhance preventative maintenance of infrastructure equipment.
The Web-based system monitors building infrastructure including power, climate control, fire protection, and security. EEC Site View provides clients with cost savings by identifying anomalies before they become problems; thus, avoiding potential downtime and expensive equipment replacement.
This monitoring solution allows users to proactively manage all their critical infrastructure equipment over a single IP network. Real-time information is accessible using a web browser, wireless handheld, or web enabled phone. EEC Site View offers a broad line of support and connectivity to all major vendors of infrastructure systems. EEC’s staff can incorporate EEC Site View into an existing infrastructure or a new facilities design, and install the system with minimal disturbance to operations.
