August 24, 2007—Emcor Group, Inc., announces two California-based acquisitions: Air Systems, Inc. (ASI), a diversified full-service HVAC mobile services provider, and Fuller Air, also a full-service HVAC provider. Emcor Group is a Fortune 500 leader in mechanical electrical construction, energy infrastructure, and facilities services for a diverse range of businesses globally. The acquisitions will expand Emcor’s presence in the southern California marketplace.
ASI is a diversified, full-service HVAC mobile services provider, offering a full range of HVAC, architectural sheet metal, preventive maintenance and service, electrical, high purity process piping, plumbing, building automation systems, and energy solutions.
Fuller Air, also a full service HVAC contractor and will be added to Emcor’s Mobile Services company in the area, Emcor Services Mesa Energy.
