June 14 is the deadline for entries for the International Downtown Association (IDA) 2000 Downtown Achievement Awards, a program that celebrates successful and innovative efforts in downtown development and revitalization. Among a variety of categories are economic development and public space capital improvements. Awards will be presented September 16, 2000, in Los Angeles, during the 46th Annual IDA Conference.
