January 17, 2007—Enviro-Solutions and The Bullen Companies, both manufacturers of cleaning products, have entered into a strategic marketing agreement whereby each becomes a “master distributor” for the other’s products throughout the United States. The agreement allows each company to be in control of and promote its own brands respectively.
The agreement further allows both companies to participate in joint research and development initiatives and sets forth requirements affecting both future and current distributors.
