August 29, 2001—Environmental Support Solutions has acquired Denver-based RMS Systems, Inc., the developer of PC ComplianceT – Compliance SuiteT software.
Compliance Suite is a software package designed to simplify OSHA and EPA record keeping and reporting requirements. More than 20,000 safety, training, environmental and human resource professionals have streamlined their record keeping and reporting with PC Compliance Software. The software consists of five fully compatible programs, including Safety, Audit, Training, MSDS, and Right-To-Know Management Software. All five programs are available in stand-alone, network, and multi-facility versions and share a common database, so the user never has to re-enter data.
The acquisition allows Environ.com to integrate RMS Systems’ health and safety programs into the company’s existing products in waste, refrigerant, air, water, and indoor air quality management, forming the most comprehensive environmental compliance software suite available in the industry.
