February 11, 2008—The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released its quarterly lists of leading US green power purchasers, including the Top 10 Federal Government, Top 10 Local Government, and Green Power Communities, as of January 8, 2008.

The Top 10 Federal Government purchasers of green power (listed in descending order of annual green power usage [kWh] per year, along with the percentage of total electricity use) are:
