EPA scientists share innovations with public and businesses

March 10, 2006—The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has posted more than 130 EPA scientific patents of technologies that benefit the environment on the new EPA TechMatch Web site.

Entrepreneurs can view and license these cutting-edge technologies to develop new products that offer both environmental protection and economic growth. For example, several EPA inventions related to hybrid motor vehicles could result in greater fuel mileage in new vehicles manufactured in the US.
