June 30, 2003—Environmental Support Solutions (ESS) has released Liability Claims Management Software for Compliance Suite, ESS line of desktop EH&S software products. The program assists business owners and risk management departments in maintaining accurate records of accidents relating to third parties, property damage, vehicle accidents and environmental spills.
With Liability Claims Management Software users can:
- Keep accurate records of every liability claim and associate multiple claims to a single case
- Track vehicle liability, general liability, personal injury, property damage and environmental claims.
- Print a detailed Liability Claim Summary Report, which consolidates accident reports, medical information, involved parties and costs into one comprehensive case report.
- Document all pertinent information for insurance policy coverage and view claim histories for each policy.
- View and print calendar-style reports detailing claim log entries, insurance policy renewals, employee driver’s license expirations, vehicle damage and repair history.
- Track each phase of litigation—from discovery to trial—and all associated costs.
- Attach associated images and documents to claims, including scanned police reports and accident photographs.
- Record vehicle information, including registration information, accident history, litigation involvement and insurance coverage.
- Attach multiple claims to one case.
In addition to Liability Claims Management, seven additional Compliance Suite applications aid in meeting the regulatory compliance regulations of the EPA and OSHA by tracking employee training within the Training Management Software, hazardous waste tracking within the Waste Management Software, audits and inspections within the Audit Management Software, tracking workplace exposure to chemical agents and auditory limits within the Industrial Hygiene Management Software and MSDS and Right-to-Know Management Software.
