July 3, 2002—Through a strategic joint marketing agreement, essention Inc. is now an authorized reseller for C2 Facility Solutions’ FacilityOne product, while C2 will actively co-market essention’s Web-based facility management solution, InfoCentre.
FacilityOne provides Web-based documentation of building and facility electrical and mechanical systems to building owners, architects, engineers, contractors, plant maintenance staff, emergency response teams, utility markets, and others requiring current and comprehensive facility system information. Access to this information provides unprecedented storage, update, and communication solutions in all facets of facilities management including construction, maintenance, expansion, and emergency phases.
InfoCentre product is a Web-based facility management solution that integrates an online tool for work order management, preventative maintenance, data archiving, and other facility services, with a 24-hour customer service desk.
Both company’s products and services are designed to improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and ultimately increase the profitability of customers. Collaborative implementations of FacilityOne and InfoCentre at existing customer sites of both products are currently planned.
