May 3, 2004—Environmental Support Solutions (ESS) announces that its refrigerant management product will be formally included as part of the Compliance Suite line of award-winning health and safety management solutions. In addition, the company’s Refrigerant Compliance Manager (RCM) program is now being sold under the name Refrigerant Compliance Management Software (RCMS).
According to ESS, RCMS will simplify the user experience and reduce training time by seamlessly integrating the user interface characteristics of the other eight programs that are already a part of the Compliance Suite.
For example states ESS, managers who use two of the Suite’s programs, Training Management Software and MSDS Management Software, will have the ability to track their technicians’ refrigeration certification and training records, and view MSDS information for any refrigerants used at a facility. Further, RACMS will include some reporting and functionality features not originally available with the RCM product. Users will have improved network capability through SQL Server and customize 3-D reporting with Crystal Reports. Also, a Web-based user interface version of RCMS will allow users to enter refrigerant records remotely.
