The 2026 ISSA VEO Conference takes place September 28–29, 2026, in Dallas during Hispanic Heritage Month. The Conference is part of ISSA VEO – Visión, Empeño, Oportunidad, a national initiative to unify, support, and elevate Hispanic professionals who power the cleaning and facility solutions industry.
This conference is the cornerstone of the VEO experience—building on the energy, impact, and success of 2025. It’s where community turns into momentum, where leaders rise, connections deepen, and inspiration carries forward through business advancement, workforce development, and industry representation all year long.
This movement addresses a critical need within the facilities and cleaning solutions industry: 70% of the frontline cleaning workforce is Hispanic. VEO creates pathways for leadership mobility, career growth, and business empowerment. The 2026 ISSA VEO Conference will welcome Hispanic leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals for a high-impact experience of networking, training, and inspiration. The event will feature respected voices from both within and outside the industry.
