SCUP 2026, The Society for College and University Planning’s annual international event convenes a wide cross-section of higher education planning professionals from the academic, budget, facilities, and strategic planning offices and professional firms. At SCUP 2026 these organizations think strategically and gain cross-disciplinary knowledge, exposure to emerging issues, and skills to effectively integrate planning efforts with their institution’s mission, vision and academic priorities.
SCUP 2026 offers keynotes, concurrent sessions, workshops and school case studies, with CEUs available, as well as an Exhibit area, campus and other tours, and networking opportunities. The event covers such compelling FM-related topics as leading innovation; adaptation and resilience in higher education; equity and inclusion in design; community college planning; future-proof research campuses; enrollment at small vs. large institutions; campus performance data; future of food on campus; and many more. The SCUP Planning Institute will be offered as a pre-and post-conference workshop for a deeper dive into integrated planning.
