VPPPA’s Safety+ Symposium is the only EHS&S event that provides the tools and resources needed to bring safety and health programs beyond compliance to excellence. With attendees ranging from frontline workers to C-Suite executives, this community offers the unique opportunity to see safety from all angles and better understand its role in the modern workplace. Designed with continuous improvement at its core, VPPPA’s Safety+ Symposium enables workers from all industries, at all levels, to better themselves as well as their workplace. Attendees will gain tools for establishing and or maintaining a safe work environment whether it is a company that employs 5 employees or 5000 employees.

For over 40 years, VPPPA’s Safety+ Symposium is the only national educational event for VPP worksites to achieve and maintain safety and health excellence. Attendees will have a unique opportunity to interact and directly learn from other safety professionals, industry leaders and federal agencies. Interaction with these safety professionals will help improve any company’s safety program through educational seminars, round-table discussions, and collaboration with other safety professionals.

Attendees will:

  • Expand their knowledge with over 60 educational workshops to choose from. This is a well-established venue for educational opportunities for employees of various industries who are seeking safety excellence.
  • Find solutions to problems and stay ahead of regulatory trends. These trends often have a direct impact on how we are expected to implement safety. Federal and state leadership provide insight into how regulatory organizations operate, which gives an understanding of how regulatory changes come about and why.
  • Network with safety professions from various industries and build lasting collaborative relationships with other safety professions across various industries.
