Workspace Expo 2026 — The exhibition for furniture, design, and workspace layout takes place March 24-26 in Pavilion 1 of Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. Year after year, Workspace Expo has established itself as France’s leading event for professionals in the field of workspace design, furniture and solutions. Workspace Expo continues its aim to present new concepts, act as a forum for discussion and highlight the key players in the market.
Last year, nearly 21,000 visitors across all aspects of the facilities purchasing chain, including architects, specifiers, manufacturers, real estate professionals and FMs attended the show. This represents a continued increase in visitors compared to earlier editions and confirms WorkSpace Expo’s status as the leading European B-to-B trade show for furniture and workspace design.
This year, Workspace Expo 2026 offers a program of keynotes and premium conference sessions organized in collaboration with institutional and media partners. The goal: to explore the latest trends in workspace design, ergonomics and wellbeing at work. Inspiring workshops led by exhibitors complete the program.
In addition to the conferences and workshops offered, over 300 French and international exhibitors showcased the latest innovations, equipment, energy-efficient solutions, and ergonomic furnishings for designing and outfitting office spaces, including furniture, layout, design, air and lights, acoustics, walls, floors, ceilings and audiovisual (AV).
