September 1, 2003—Evolved Systems Inc. (dba Supply and Service), a provider of facility operations technology, has been selected to implement softWrench, a facilities Intranet and work order system, for Casino Arizona. Through softWrench, Casino Arizona’s employees will be able to access facility related information as well as request service from the facility department. The system facilitates the work request online from initial request through completion reducing the phone and paper process. It will manage all facilities requests for Casino Arizona, which runs twenty-four hours a day.
softWrench will be used in conjunction with MAXIMO, the industry leading computerized maintenance management software, to provide detailed information on equipment and the work orders associated with that equipment. MAXIMO will also aid the facilities in setting up and tracking preventative maintenance on their valuable assets.
