SpendTracker, with enhanced contract and period-reporting capabilities, makes it easier for FacilityPro compliance analysts to monitor internal adoption of new contracts. Specific SpendTracker enhancements include:
- Support for tracking of expenditures by user-definable periods, based on a customer’s fiscal calendar
- Support for multiple fiscal years, so long-term contracts can be monitored over time
- Contract vs. non-contract spending reports by supplier and by period
- Supplier spend totals by year, period, category, and contract
