Tower Properties 30-story, 438,000-square foot Commerce tower is a downtown Kansas City, Missouri landmark and home to many high-profile tenants.
The WAVES system works as a support tool for security personnel to respond with specific emergency instructions and directions through facility-wide public address and visual messaging. From weather-related concerns to assorted security scenarios, the FAS solution is capable of delivering real-time notification specific to the type of emergency encounters.
WAVES has been selected by the Department of Defense for Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (AT/FP) for US troops in locations around the world. The system is wireless, flexible and modular and can be expanded for coverage of any size facility, including campus-wide applications, parking structure and outdoor areas. WAVES is self-diagnostic system with fault detection and reporting and is more survivable to catastrophic failures compared to hard-wired systems. The system is protected by an uninterrupted power supply for redundancy, providing back-up power for up to 5 hours on stand-by or approximately 1 hours of continuous operations.
