WorkOasis generates revenue through the certification of service contractors and offers Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software at no charge, as an enabling technology, to help commercial property owners more effectively manage large numbers of contractors, the company says.
The WorkOasis technology platform provides real estate owners with a standardized process for entering web-based work requests, tracking maintenance activities and receiving invoices from commercial service contractors.
