December 26, 2005—The Facility Management Association Australia is presenting a series of three one-day, fully interactive master classes focusing on a number of aspects of the FM Action Agenda at a strategic level. The master classes will be facilitated by industry practitioners selected for their expertise specific to the subject areas.
All participants will develop ideas and concepts around three key topics for each. The purpose of the master class is to provide an opportunity for development and learning within a formal training environment. Participants will receive a statement of attendance at the completion of the class.
The three classes are:
Achieving Excellence in FM: Future Proof FM; Achieving Excellence in FM: Relationship Management; and Achieving Excellence in FM: Sustainable FM.
