January 14, 2005—FM Solutions has expanded its WorkOasis facility management contractor network. Commercial real estate owners and managers will now have access to the WorkOasis national network of certified suppliers which covers 1100 cities in North America for 68 facility services categories.
WorkOasis is a Web-based contractor management service that provides fully electronic work order management. The centrally hosted program automates the service contracting process including the certification of suppliers, contractor selection, maintenance planning, work order management, work approval, performance measurement, invoicing, and payment; and is completely paperless and includes a detailed, Sarbanes Oxley compliant, electronic audit trail.
