FM:Systems announces support for AutoCAD 2006

June 13, 2005—FM:Systems has announced support for AutoCAD 2006, the most recent version release from Autodesk. AutoCAD is the leading Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) software that architectural and engineering firms use to design floor plans. FM:Systems is an industry leader in developing computer applications for facility management.

FM:Systems has been a member of the Autodesk Developer Network for 16 years and is a leader in the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software. FM:Systems has a long-standing policy to support the two most recent versions releases of AutoCAD, the company says.

FM:Systems core products integrate seamlessly with AutoCAD, explains the company. FM:Space is a software program that attaches a specialized facilities database to floor plans to allow companies to manage office space and other corporate assets. FM:Interact is a web-based application designed to manage corporate real estate on a company’s intranet.
