October 29, 2025 — The Lincoln Desk from Room & Board for Business embodies functional elegance with a clean, modern profile that transitions easily across private offices, coworking spaces, and more. Created in collaboration with Gensler, Lincoln reflects a shared commitment to balancing ergonomic support with streamlined aesthetics.

The desk’s sit-stand function allows it to rise smoothly from 30 to 49 inches, powered by concealed lifting columns controlled through a touchscreen panel with three programmable settings. Safety features such as reverse motion, anti-pinch software, and adjustable glides are built in, ensuring reliable daily use and long-term performance.

Storage is designed with both capacity and a streamlined aesthetic in mind. Full-extension drawers with soft-close glides can hold up to 100 lbs., while an integrated power hatch conceals charging devices. Additional cord openings along the surface, drawers, and back panel keep the workspace clear and organized without interrupting the desk’s refined silhouette.

Crafted from sustainably sourced North American hardwoods, Lincoln supports Room & Board’s goal of using 100% responsibly harvested wood by the end of 2025. Subtle details such as rounded corners, modern pulls, and a range of finish options allow it to adapt seamlessly across interiors.

Offered in multiple sizes and configurations, the Lincoln Desk accommodates diverse workplace needs. Stocked options include Maple, Walnut, Oak with Rye stain, and Oak with Charcoal stain, while made-to-order selections feature Cherry, Ash with Shell stain, and Oak with Salt stain.
