June 9, 2006—As part of its commitment to promoting environmental stewardship and responsibility in the commercial real estate industry, Kimberly-Clark Professional is launching a national sweepstakes to prove it is easy being green, after all.
The “Get Clean & Get Green” sweepstakes is open to all property and facility managers, commercial and corporate real estate owners and owners of building service contracting companies. One lucky winner will receive a 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid vehicle.
The sweepstakes began on March 7, 2006 and runs through November 17, 2006. Entries can be submitted by mail, online or in person at the Building Owners and Managers Associations (BOMA) Office Building Show, and The Greenbuild International Convention and Expo. Ten sweepstakes finalists are being randomly selected from mail and Web site entries, as well as at one of the three following tradeshows: The National Facilities Management & Technology (NFM&T) 2006 Conference, which took place in March, BOMA in June, and Greenbuild in November. Eight finalists will receive a free trip to Greenbuild, held on November 15 – 17, 2006 in Denver, Colo. The remaining two finalists will be chosen at Greenbuild, and all 10 finalists will have the opportunity to select a key that could start the Ford Escape Hybrid grand prize.
