November 5, 2008—GSH Group, Inc., an international facilities and energy management provider throughout the United States and Europe, announced a new contract with MBIA Inc. in Armonk, New York. This facility will utilize GSH’s building engineering services.
GSH will implement operations and maintenance services for MBIA Inc. at 113 King Street, a 237,000-square-foot office building located in Westchester County. Specifically, GSH’s engineers and staff will be responsible for plant and boiler maintenance, air conditioning systems, lighting maintenance, system upgrades, HVAC applications and installing controls technology that ensures the smooth and constant management of the building.
