(CMiC) announced Hardin Construction Co. has selected its integrated CMiC Enterprise and CMiC Project Management products to better enable Hardin to manage its flow of information across the enterprise. The solution includes functionality related to general ledger, job costing, sub-contractor management, job billing, payroll and other modules.
Branded by Hardin internally as “hBuilder powered by CMiC”, it is the construction industry’s first truly integrated Project and Financial Management solution. “It allows our employees to share information across projects relating to costs, subcontractor status, budgets as well as timelines for various project elements,” said Hardin Construction CIO Danny Bensley.
Currently, all Hardin Construction projects utilize CMiC Project Management, to manage over $500 million dollars worth of construction per year. For Hardin, details include maintaining all communications with project stakeholders, managing the change order process, maintaining vendor bids and pre-construction requirements.
