January 17, 2005—Harmon, Inc.’s office in Boynton Beach, Fla., will provide its hurricane impact resistant exterior glazing system for a new, five-star, 25-story St. Regis Resort, Spa & Residence in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
Working closely with Facchina-McGaughan LLC, Harmon began its on-site work in September 2004 in anticipation of the property’s opening in August 2005. The glazing team has estimated to install 41,760-square-feet of sliding glass doors and 39,100-square-feet of its newly developed, proprietary, hurricane-impact resistant HI-7000 Series pre-glazed, unitized curtainwall system.
