June 17, 2002—The new LOOK seating family introduced by Haworth during NeoCon is earmarked by fluid lines and has such comfort factors as double-thick seat, plus starting price at $200 list. Standard ergonomic features for desk chairs include 3-inch back height adjustment range to conform to the back’s natural curvature; 4.5-inch pneumatic seat-height adjustment; 2-inch sliding seat-depth adjustment to distribute weight and support the upper legs; tilt tension adjustment; stainless-steel instruction tag on top and Braille instructions underneath adjustment levers to explain ergonomic features.
The LOOK seating family is available in nearly every Haworth fabric and leather, and customer’s own material. Side chairs have black and silver trim options. Frames are powder-coated steel tubing; five-star base are constructed of steel cylinder, glass-filled nylon, polypropylene.
All models of LOOK were displayed in the Haworth showroom at The Merchandise Mart in Chicago during NeoCon.
