January 26, 2004—High Point Furniture Industries has introduced Ambidex, a collection of ambidextrous keyboard supports featuring a left/right sliding mousepad that can be located to the left or right of the keyboard, or concealed underneath when not in use. The mousepad slides through grooves formed into underside of the platform.
Complementing popular curvilinear worksurfaces, Curved Ambidex supports offer:
- Brushed aluminum style or black finishes, cord manager for mouse/keyboard cords fabric-covered mousepad and rectangular Ambidex supports are also available.
- All Ambidex supports also include gel wristrest, smooth underside for no-snag performance and mechanism/track options for multiple applications.
