January 27, 2003—Construction industry contractors can now participate in a nationally recognized examination program offered by the International Code Council (ICC).
The new ICC Contractor License Examination Program includes a series of standardized examinations that will be offered electronically by LaserGrade Inc. Exams can be taken at sites throughout the nation to offer candidates flexible and quick scheduling options. For more information on sites, exam schedules, and dates, visit LaserGrade.
Contractor licensing categories include: Commercial Building, General Building, Residential Building, Master Electrician, Journeyman Electrician, Residential Electrician, Master Gas Pipe Fitter, Master Plumber, Journeyman Plumber, Residential Plumber, Master Mechanical, Journeyman Mechanical, and Journeyman Gas Pipe Fitter.
