This stand-alone module provides a secure, customized virtual conference room designed for a single online meeting or presentation of large format drawings. IDEAL sets up the room for the users, scans their drawings, loads the drawings into the room, and sends out meeting invitations via e-mail. The conference participants need simply to log into the meeting over the Internet.
Conference on Demand is targeted to contractors and subcontractors, facilities managers, architects, engineers, reprographers, and GIS. It cuts the costs and demands for travel, and enables live dialog, real-time document sharing, and co-editing.
