November 12, 2004—IDEAL Industries’ Heat Elite Series is a new family of three contractor-grade heat guns designed to work in smaller, tighter spaces. Useful for shrinking pipe, bending PVC, stripping paint, or soldering wires, the heat guns feature responsive controls, ergonomic design, and high-quality construction to meet a wide range of needs. The guns all feature double-insulated power cords, non-slip handles, well-balanced weight distribution, and the endorsement of a UL/CUL Listing.

HEAT ELITE: Designed to handle basic applications, the lightweight and powerful Heat Elite features two temperature settings: 660F and 930F. This entry-level model also has a two-step “on/off” temperature and airflow control switch.

HEAT ELITE PRO: This gun features a stepless temperature adjustment dial for precision heat jobs, enabling a temperature range from 180F to 1020F. The Pro also features a two-step “on/off” temperature and airflow control switch.

HEAT ELITE PLUS: The flagship of the series, the Heat Elite Plus features an LCD digital terminal independently controlling its temperature and its airflow, providing a premium level of accuracy. Seven preset application functions allow the user to automatically configure settings for shrinking, forming, welding, soldering, paint stripping, and drying at the touch of a button.
