IFMA appoints David Brady interim president and CEO

June 28, 2002—The International Facility Management Association (IFMA) has announced that David Brady, formerly executive vice president and chief operating officer, has been appointed acting president and chief executive officer following the departure of Dennis L. Longworth.

Brady, who has 18 years of association management experience, began his career at IFMA as director of membership services and also served as vice president of education and event management. Prior to joining IFMA, he had a nine-year career with the National Association of Credit Management (NACM), where he served as president of local affiliates in Michigan and Texas, and as NACMs national director of affiliate services in Columbia, Md., USA.
