May 13, 2005—In its inaugural year, fm/IT 2005 offers a program of IT strategies and solutions for facility management professionals, the first time an event addressed the IT needs of facility management organizations, according to organizers.
At fm/IT 2005, participants will hear about the latest initiatives and lessons learned from organizations that are leading the pack in deploying and integrating FM technologies. They will also hear about the organizational challenges they have overcome on their way to improving the quality of FM services.
fm/IT 2005 will be held June 21-23 at the Disney Coronado Springs Resort, Orlando, Fla. An added benefit to the program is fm/ITs strategic co-location with AEC-Science and Technology 2005, examines technology tools and methods to improve the use and sharing of information in multiple data formats both within and between each stage of the built environment lifecycle.
