IRM enhances the advanced reporting capabilities of EMPAC by enabling seamless integration of custom reports created with a wide range of third-party tools, such as Crystal Reports and Business Objects. As a result, customers can incorporate into EMPAC the custom reports created with their favorite report writers— including Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Microsoft Access, Oracle 2000 Report Developer, and others—without the expense and hassles of managing multiple reporting systems.
IRM uses Microsoft Windows-based systems for all clients, so customers can use popular Windows applications to perform vital business functions for their reports, such as faxing, email and printing.
