The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) recently announced a licensing agreement with PropertyManagerz.com endorsing Z-Building, an interactive application facilitating transactions between property managers and their tenants, vendors, and clients. Z-Building provides the tools to mange service calls, work orders, technical information, CAD drawings and forms. IREM hopes the agreement will benefit the overall profitability of their members businesses and increase the level of service provided to their tenants and clients.
