ISS has acquired seven companies located in Singapore, Denmark, Norway, and Switzerland with a total turnover of 10m and 835 employees. In Singapore, the company acquired the assets and contracts of Berkeley Cleaning Pte Ltd and its subsidiary Essential Services Pte Ltd. In Denmark, ISS purchased the activities of Nordisk Fugtteknik A/S (NFT), which specializes in dehumidification, hygrometry, and humidity counseling. In Norway, the company acquired Mesterservice AS, which provides after-damage services, as well as NIR Hygieneservice AS, which provides specialized cleaning services to the food industry. Also in Norway, ISS bought 51% of the shares of the Norwegian FM company Eiendomsforvaltningen AS, and the operations of the rest home Skotselv Hjem for Eldre. In Switzerland, the company acquired Giorgio Bernasconi S.A., which specializes in cleaning.
