November 10, 2006—ISSA, international trade association for the cleaning industry, has announced the companies whose products or services were voted by their customers as being the most innovative new releases in the cleaning industry. The voting took place during ISSA/INTERCLEAN USA 2006 in Chicago, IL.
The 2006 Innovation Award winners are:

- Supplies & Accessories: Rubbermaid Commercial Products—Rubbermaid microfiber janitor cart; and
- Other Products, Services, & Technology: Easy Dump Products, Inc.—Easy Dump Slimline open-construction trash receptacle.
