March 26, 2007—ISSA (International Sanitary Supply Association) has released the sixth and seventh of an ongoing series of free online educational video clips on cleaning industry and business management issues. Two new clips will debut each month throughout 2007.
The sixth clip, “Voicemail Maze,” addresses the misuse of voicemail, and how not to let important contacts get lost in the voicemail maze. Using his trademark humor, communications expert Todd Hunt explains how voicemail has become widely misused and abused. Then, he provides a very simple solution to make a voicemail system an effective method of communication for the viewer’s business.
In the newest clip, “Spot Cleaning,” Bill Griffin teaches the tricks of the trade to eliminate common spots on carpets. Griffin demonstrates the step-by-step processes of successfully removing spots, depending on the type of stain, along with the best materials and equipment for the job.
The Quick Clips series, broadcast on ISSA-TV, the association’s online video community, provides brief (two-to-five-minute) video clips from an array of industry-specific and general business experts, on topics ranging from communication skills and sales techniques to green cleaning and workloading.
