Jeffrey Elie elected chairman of CoreNet Globals Board of Directors

April 27, 2005—CoreNet Global, the international association of corporate real estate professionals has elected Jeffrey Elie as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the 7,500-member association. Elie will succeed Leslie Whatley as CoreNet Globals new Chairperson. He is vice president of Real Estate and Facilities for Kaplan Inc. in New York City.

Other officers who assumed new posts are Mark Golan, Chair-elect, and John Igoe, Treasurer. Golan is vice president of Workplace and Worldwide Real Estate for Cisco Systems, Inc, and Igoe is Vice President of Commercial Development, SARES REGIS Group of Northern California. He was formerly vice president of Real Estate and Site Services for Palm Solutions Group, a unit of Palm, Inc.

Also elected to the Board of Directors are David Harris, Vice President, Sun Microsystems; Peter Holland, Chief Procurement Officer, The Hartford Company; and Ron Zappile, President, United Technologies Realty.

All other newly appointed members to the Board of Directors will serve for a term of three years concluding in the spring of 2008.
