To accelerate its e-business initiatives and break new ground, Johnson Controls Inc. has named Vince Rydzewski as vice president of e-business for the company’s Controls business. Plans call for launching strategic e-business initiatives that will improve the company’s ability to serve customers, increase revenue opportunities, broaden the business base and improve productivity. The company is developing applications for the use of online service solutions and Internet-based procurement.
