Johnson Controls delivers building services to major British office complex

Under a three-year contract, a Johnson Controls team will handle operations and building services engineering at 100/101 Barbirolli Square, a pair of high-profile office buildings in Manchester, England. The team will be based at the 225,000-square-foot facility. International property consultants King Sturge awarded the contract on behalf of Barbirolli Square owner Hermes Property Asset Management Ltd. Tenants at 100/101 Barbirolli Square include PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young and National Westminster Bank.
