Johnson Controls’ Integrated Facility Management UK division will continue its services to CSC in an extended five-year global contract. The current relationship involves North America, Denmark, and Holland, and the addition will incorporate the UK portfolio within Johnson Controls. Part of the new agreement calls for CSC to outsource 42 staff members to Johnson Controls and relinquish management of some 35 properties. The company will be responsible for building maintenance, security, energy management, catering and reception services at CSC-controlled facilities. Workplace performance, benchmarking and financial assessments will be completed across CSC operations worldwide.
