Johnson Controls Inc. has formed a joint venture with Hsin Chong Group to provide integrated facility management services in China, including Hong Kong and Macao. Based in Hong Kong, the new joint venture will be known as Hsin Chong Johnson Controls IFM Ltd. Hsin Chong Group is one of Hong Kong’s leading construction and property services group employing more than 2,500 employees. The firm’s local knowledge and resources blend with Johnson Control’s integrated facility management services. Initial clients are IBM’s manufacturing facility in Shenzhen, China, Sun Microsystems’ Hong Kong and China Offices, and Hsin Chong’s corporate headquarters.
