Johnson Controls currently provides energy system management to customers ranging from shopping center owners to government FMs. The services allow building owners and managers to measure energy usage and apply the information to reduce costs and improve efficiencies.
The information can be used to negotiate favorable energy price contracts with utilities. It also measures and verifies energy cost savings used to pay for infrastructure improvements under performance contracts.
